Does anyone know any legal or otherwise reason why 10 KIT days can’t be added on to extend maternity leave whilst the person has returned to work? I have a person who is only entitled to 6 weeks mat leave and wants to extend mat leave by 10 days so that bonus etc aren’t affected by returning to part time.
Does anyone know a reason why we can’t do it?
