Does anyone have a manager’s guide or list of frequently asked HR questions, used as a reference manual by line managers please?
I am aware that the answers will vary from organisation to organisation, but the questions will probably be the same. Example question are: how do I hire/promote someone? Someone’s resigned, what do I do? How do I arrange some training? etc.
Anything I could use as a template for our own guide would be most helpful please. Many thanks.
