We currently have two gentleman with us on long-term ‘temporary’ labour. One is self employed and has been with us for 4/5 months and the other is a sub-contractor who has been with us for 2 years. Does anyone know if there are any Tax or National Insurance implications to the company for their labour, considering the amount of time they are with us. We currently pay their fees/wages once we have been invoiced by the individuals.
