We have an on-site gym which is run by a one man team, which means we have to trust the individual to do their assigned hours. We recently had a new manager who started with us in March and then last month he handed in his notice. On conducting his exit interview we got swipe times from security to check he had done the correct amount of hours. We found out that he owed us 302 hours. We asked what he delt was fair to do and he agreed that he would not be paid for his last 2 weeks and that he would work an additional 2 weeks and the last week we’d let him off. He failed to turn up to work the 2 weeks and has his phones switched off. Is there anyway we can sue for the time he owes us?
