I am currently working on an assignment for my CIPD studies and as part of this I need to do some benchmarking. The topic is managing diversity.
I work for a company of just under 200 people with a large young male workforce and would be particularly interested to hear from you if you have a similar situation.
If anyone would be able to let me know about whether they currently have a strategy in place for managing diversity and what this involves I would be extremely grateful.
I am very happy to share to swap ideas and info on other HR issues too.
