I am interested in hearing how people are managing employees who want to work on past 65. Do you let them? Do you give them a different type of contract? How do you manage this along with any pension scheme that you run? Do you have a policy on it (and would you be willing to share it?!)?

In this day in age when managing age diversity is vital to a successful business and in the run up to the new anti-age discrimination legislation in 2006, I am interested in hearing your experience and views.
