We have been recently relocated to a new office block without air conditioning. Limited window opening – they have set hinges which only allow them to open a few inches. Photocopier been placed in room as well as 7 bodies plus PCs, Printers, etc. Is there a maximum working temperature which employees can refuse to work? Regularly gets up to over 31 degrees celsius and above.
