Help- we have a new employee with company for 4weeks who has been on sick leave for 4 weeks signed off by a doctor – says has back problems. Still under the probation period what to do as they cannot do the job they were originally employed to do. We are a small company and it is putting a strain on our existing staff to cover the work load – Do we have rights to dismiss
