We are a small based Electronics company, our workforce is a maximum of 26. Recently we have been making a few changes and clamping down on absence, time keeping, wearing PPE and general performance. This has clearly disapointed some members of the workforce, to the extent that they are looking to bring in some form of Union, as they have left leaflets hanging about. This is something we do not wish to have to deal with. What numbers and what percentage have to vote in favour of a Union. Is there a minimum number? I realise that they can become members but at what level of membership does this have to be recognised.
