We are looking to put our IT technicians on a rota for out-of-hours call outs but are not sure how this will effect their ‘normal’ working hours.

Does anyone operate a rota of this nature, and if so do you make any allowances for the working day following a call out? ie. let them start work later or leave early.

Any help on this would much appreciated.
