Overpaid but do I have to re-pay it?

I have been overpaid 1 weeks wages by my last employer. They basically paid me until the end of the month but I left the company a few days before the end of the month. I think I’m owed 2-3 days holiday pay from this. I have received a P45 from them. Must I re-pay what they have overpaid me?
