We have a guy who wishes to take 2 weeks paternity pay only it falls over the Easter break. Is he still entitled to be paid at full rate on the Bank Holidays for the Statutory Paternity Pay? Do they count as days towards his paternity leave or can he add 2 more days onto the following week? There is confusion in our payroll department and I just wanted some clarification.
