We have been trying to get Pay Negotiations complete since September last year. Our first meeting on this took place in January and we have now put down our full and final offer.
The union have delayed the process until now, and have indicated that their members may vote against accepting the package.
What I would like to know is, where do we stand on applying the pay rise to the non union members? To clarify, we are an organisation of around 130 people, with around 28 union members. The union claim that they represent the whole site, and we cannot apply the pay award to anyone without the vote being accepted?
Any advice?
