Hi everyone,
We have issues with a department where the employees are not performing or supporting their manager. This team have only had a manager present on their department for the past 12 months and up until then had been unsupervised so to speak.
We intend to sit them down and carry out a performance review and give them time to improve. We intend to monitor their performance weekly and on going and the manager intends to have a weekly team meeting to improve relations. If they fail to improve during the given time period, can we move them to a different department, which would mean a cut in pay and a different job title?
