I am 2 weeks away from the first review phase of a complex performance management appraisal in a start-up business. 350 staff. I need a template for administering a launch – it DOES NOT need to relate to my process – just something that gives me the heads-up on the key points I need to cover off.
ie: data capture – coaching (launch training has happened)- managing any conflicts (as a start-up – this is not line managers priority)- tracking results – chasing managers.
Any experential advice/guidance/observation would be great.
