I have given review documents to all staff and received their responses.
My problem is that one employee has not actually responded in full to a couple of questions on the form where examples are requested.
Another employee has not addressed a couple of the questions at all either (different questions), but rambled on about something quite unrelated.
Should I have the employees re-do their review documents, or does their lack of attention to details speak volumes in itself? and should this be discussed at their review meetings instead >?
Any help / thoughts on this would be appreciated.
