I have been asked to explore the possibility of drawing together a policy to cover relationships between staff. I know that this is a complex area, and that the Human Rights Act has implications, but I was wondering whether anyone had drawn such a policy together and wouldn’t mind sharing it. Or if you have any pointers or experience to share, it would be very much appreciated!
