I have been asked to look at whether we need to have a formal policy for staff (both male and female) that are having Fertility treatment.
This is in regard to the amounts of time that they will need away from work and whether this should be paid or unpaid.
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share either their thoughts on the subject or a copy of their policy?
