I am looking for advice on the recouping of substantial course fees, e.g. professional qualification etc from an employee who leaves during or just after completing their course. This is in respect of a charity I am involved with where funds are very limited. We don’t have these in place where I currently work.

I would be interested to hear what policies/agreements other organisations, especially small charities, have in place.
