Hi,

There is a potential redundancy situation with a group of 9 people affected (the whole department) – all women. One is on maternity leave and one is pregnant due to go on maternity End of March/April time. When considering redundancy can I put the these 2 in the pool for consideration as well or are they to be excluded as they are pregnant/ maternity?
