Problems Outsourcing Occupational Health

I’m keen to find out the problems companies face when the outsource Occupational Health services to a 3rd party provider.

As a Director of an Occupational Health Company I’m always looking to make improvements to our services provision. I believe it is imperative that we have knowledge of problems that companies face on a daily basis.

After a survey this year we (Healthier Business Ltd) launched a free manager’s occupational health helpline as many companies advised us they needed free access to informal advice. This is for clients who spend £1 or £10k we realise the benefits from offering such a service.
