I have been ‘in’ HR for almost 14 years now and have always relied on my experience and Employment Law Updates to deal with anything that is thrown at me.

To this point i have no formal HR qualificaions but am being pressured (gently) by my employer to attain some form of qualification.

I have always had a particular interest in Employment Law and i was wondering if anyone knows of a specific Employment Law course which could be worth pursuing. I have no real interest in pursuing the CIPD qualification as in my experience there is too much theory and not enough practice taught.
