We have an employee who has worked overseas for just under 10 years who now requests re-patriation back to the UK. Am I correct that the company has a duty of care to put together a relocation plan similar to the outward move? What obligation would the company have in respect of cost of living adjustment, salary, currency conversions and tax equalisation?
