Hi, I’ve received notice that my position is under threat from redundancy. I work on a rotational basis, so am on site for 3 weeks at a time. During the meeting the Director told me my position was under threat from redundancy, he also stated that they see my position ideally filled by a local for 2-3 days per week.
I see this as making me redundant as opposed to the position, is this discrimantory, and can they do this?
