My company is going through yet another redundancy exercise, this is the 3rd time my post has been selected for redundancy.
On this ocassion, i will prefer to leave with a redundancy payment.
There are more people than aone job. The job is almost an amalgamation of all three posts which personally I think is too much for one person to perform. The job title and line management for the role is different from my current role and the autonomy the role enjoyed has also been taken away.

is it reasonable for me to refuse the jobs and opt for redundancy instead?
