As an organisation previously surrounded by historic, non-commercial policies and procedures, I am currently undertaking a project to review and benchmark our Redundancy Scheme, both in terms of policy, process and payments.
I have found obtaining data in this field quite difficult would anyone be willing to share their own arrangements?
