I am looking to change our Removal and Resettlement Allowances to move towards a more flexible scheme and avoiding stating specific amounts of money. I would like to base the allowances on percentages of salary so that they don’t need to be regularly updated. Does anyone have a similar policy or scheme they can share with me?
