Would any members who are working L&D in a water companies be willing to speak to me and for a short research project I’m doing about their views on training strategy for organisations in this sector and the impact of OFWAT determinations on the L&D function?

I’m already talking to Thames Water, Welsh Water and Anglian Water but would love to speak to 5-6 more! I will be summarising the responses for everyone who contributes, as I normally do, so there is a bit of an incentive to share your views.
