I’m looking for a unique employee benefit/reward and have come across organisations that offer restaurant discount cards that can be used at a large number of establishments in the areas that we operate. They seem to be cost effective and I think staff would appreciate and use them (could also be used for expenses?)

Does anyone have any experience of this sort of scheme, and what are your thoughts?

Alternatively, can you suggest a benefit/reward that is a bit out of the ordinary?
