Would anyone have any examples of retail store management competencies and their assessment (for recruitment and development centres) that they’d be willing to share with me?
I’m doing some coaching with an HRD on the subject – one of her objectives is to develop a competency framework for the business, along with an assessment toolkit for regional managers to use -and I would like to show her some examples. They already use psychometric profiling (She and I don’t like the tool they use but we’re stuck with it for now!)
Or if anyone has read any great new books on the subject, or knows of any good websites / reference sources I’d be pleased to hear recommendations.
