Our HR department have been asked by Senior Management to carry out a Salary Survey for our Weekly Paid Staff (employees below supervisory level).

Does anyone have any advice as how to proceed and the most affective method to gather the information we require? OR Would you be willing to compare salary pay scales?

The largest problem we have is that we are based in Lisburn, Northern Ireland and most Salary Surveys are UK Mainland based and do not give a fair representation of our local salary scales.

Any help would be much appreciated.
