I work for a charity and have been asked to develop a new salary scale.
We currently have a single salary spine but want to develop a “staggered” scale so that there are bands for different categories of staff, each of which stand alone in order to facilitate an annual review to compare with market factors etc.
Does anyone have any examples that they could share with me ([email protected]) or have any pearls of wisdom that may help me?!
