We have appraisal forms that asks the employee to rate themselves on vearious categories. We have had a few that rate themselves extrememly high on all aspects indicating that they canno improve no more. My Director wants to what this means and where can we go from here if they have inadvertently stated that they are at their highest competency level.
Please can I have any comments or suggestions.
