I am doing some benchmarking and would like to know if anyone could share their policies on notice and probationary periods for senior managers (level below the board) please.

We are specifically looking at if you have probationary periods for these people and if so, what the notice periods are in the probationary period.

If possible please could you say the name of the organisation, though I know this may be tricky, so if not could you give the industry and whether it is a small, medium or large organisation.
