Hi everyone,

I am trying to implement some changes to our existing, (rather over generous), sickness policy and wondered if anyone has any suggestions that may be useful to combat an extremely high sickness rate? Would anyone be willing to share their sickness policy for benchmarking purposes? – confidentiality ensured of course!
