Im currently tasked with incorporating a team from a project that has previously been managed elsewhere into my organisation.
There is clearly overlap within the roles that various individuals are doing and also we have skills gaps within our existing organisation.

I need to bring the two teams together so that everybody has an enjoyable and fulfilling job whilst making best use of everyones talent.

I wondered if anyone had a skills audit that they would be willing to share with me?
