We are looking at our strategy and need to understand why staff come to work and why to our company in particular. We are considering a staff survey but don’t want to get too many tongues wagging. Has anyone carried out this type of exercise and could you please let me have any examples of the questionnaire used or the types of questions to ask staff and external contacts.
