I work for a small customer contact centre. Our staff survey forms in the past have being used primarily for ISO9001 conformance. The results being used for historical reference purposes only. I was hoping someone might be able to provide some survey templates, or guide me on the do’s and don’ts of creating staff surveys. It’s hoped that the survey results will provide some fresh ideas during a time of change.
