Can anyone offer helpful advice? – We have an employee who went absence for a long period of time last year due to stress (doctor signed him off). We have made sure that on his return to work his job was made less stressful and he thanked the company for being understanding to his situation.
Now he has gone off long term sick with stress again (doctor signed him off) but has admitted to his manager that the stress is being brought on by personal issues (moving house!).
Any advice on how to handle this situation?
