Can someone please tell me why its so hard to get into HR. I have a degree in Management (2.1) a MAsters in HRM and am fully CIPD qualified.
I have applied to numerous agencies, TMP, Michael Page, Adecco and many more and there response you to overqualifed for the position of HR Assistant!
I do have experience within HR and reliase I will have to start off as a HR assistant yet I get the feeling no one will interview me as I am more qualified than their Senior HRM and they are scared!
I am in a no win situation, all I want is a HR Assistant role within London or the South East? Has anyone got any contacts or nows of any jobs that may be relevant, or advise?
Please HELP…..
