I work for an Independent Foster Care Agency which provides student placements to social work students on an ad-hoc basis. I am looking at standardising what is offered to students and how placements are managed from a HR perspective (i,e we will issue them with a voluntary worker contract, provide consistent inductions etc) Does anyone have a model policy / procedure that could be shared please?
