I was working with an agency for a bank and after an interview with the Human resources I started to work as permanent even without signing any contract. I was told the bank was negotiating with the agency during this transitional period. Now after 4 weeks I have not yet signed any contract and looks like I am working free since the acency does not pay any more and the bank is still working on my contract.
Is this legal? What can I do?
