My company is currently in the process of researching the Kronos Time and Attendance software application and I am in need of some advice regarding the ongoing support of this system.
What i am interested in is which area of you business ‘owns’ the maintainance and ongoing support of an application like this? Foe example does it sit within HR, Payroll, It, Security….
Has anyone got dedicated T&A staff who are responsible for support and maintainance? If so what sort of KPI’s are they assessed against?
Whilst we are looking primarilly at Kronos any feedback on any T&A system would be appreciated.
