What ground rules or protocols do you seek from participants at the outset of a training course?
Do they include these? Anything else? Do you present these protocols or ask participants to come up with their own? Or somewhere in between?

n All questions are valid- we don’t know what we don’t know!
n Active listening
n Participate
n Have Fun!
n Confidentiality – Chatham House Rules
n Challenge the idea not the person
n Clarify all jargon and acronyms
n Appropriate language free of bias
n No assumptions
n Use the “Parking Bay”
