I took a previous employer to an ET in April resulting in my relationship with my husband hanging by a thread and feeling unable to cope with the smallest of things. I feel now that I have nothing to lose in this and wish to pursue emotional damages however I am unclear if I am legally allowed to do this having left the company some 10 months ago. I feel desperately sad that to get some sort of justice has left me in this way however do not want to begin proceedings if I am not permitted to do this through the legal system.
I have also found out via an ex colleague that the previous outcome of my case became public knowlege with several people employed by my ex employer – this information coming from the HR department, is this allowed.
