Hoping you can help me. We have a lady who works part time who has been signed off with Drs Note for 2 weeks and now for another 4.
As a company we offer 20 days full sick pay per year then it goes down to half pay for another 20.
She has asked me when her 20 days full pay are up if we can use her holiday so she doesn’t lose any money.
Can anyone advise me if this would be ok? Just I know if someone has holiday booked and then have Dr’s note signing off sick we give them holiday back.
