I’ve only just had this happen to me where I’ve had applications for full time permanent positions from applicants who are on a Post Study Work (PSW) Visa so only eligible to work for 2 years and they would then have to change status.  

I’m assuming there is no guarantee that new visas would be granted, so is this a valid reason in the selection process to decline applicants given the job details stated that applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK?
