My organisation is based in Scotland and currently offer 8 public holidays to our full time employees (2 fixed at Christmas and New Year, the remainder are added to annual leave entitlement).

I would like to enquire as to what other companies offer regarding public holidays, in terms of the total days offered and the actual dates that they must be taken where applicable.

I wish to be able to draw a comparison, and would be grateful for any comments.
