We are a large county charity with in excess of 250 volunteers. We wish to reward them in a suitable way for the work they do for us. Has anyone any experience of running a reward day or conference? I feel there needs to be a lot of fun, some learning maybe, good food. Any advice or where to go for advice would be very helpful. I imagine we would be looking at 60-80 actualy attending on the day in November.
