Under new social and ethical auditing we are being asked to describe the process that our organisation uses to ensure that personnel have not worked hours in excess of legislative and regulatory limits. Remote/Site based employees complete time sheets so their working hours can be monitored. What is more difficult is office based staff. Asking them to clock in/out is not an option. There are about 80 of them. I wondered if anyone had any suggestions.
